360 Online Media LLC (“360 Online Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of 360onlinemedia.com (the “Site”) to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains our procedures under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) for addressing claims of copyright infringement.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright / DMCA Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on the Site before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which 360 Online Media may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complaining party. If we do not receive notice that the complaining party has filed a court action within the time period required by law, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.
3. Repeat Infringers
360 Online Media reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the Site for any user determined to be a repeat infringer.
